Solution

Payroll Agent automates payroll calculation, tax compliance, and salary disbursement. Employee data, salary components, and statutory rules live in one system; a pipeline of four specialized agents validates inputs, computes PPh 21, BPJS, and UMR-compliant salaries, and produces disbursement-ready output — a full payroll run in about 13 seconds instead of days.

Built on Laravel with Blade views, the system models the full payroll domain — employees, components, deductions, statutory rules — as first-class records rather than spreadsheet formulas. The payroll run is a staged pipeline where each agent owns one concern (input validation, gross-to-net calculation, statutory compliance, disbursement preparation), which keeps the tax logic auditable and each stage independently testable.
